Dear Guest, for the safety and comfort of yourself and other holidaymakers, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below.
- Guests staying on the property at 18 Grunwaldzka Street in Pobierowo are required to maintain quiet during nighttime hours, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During these hours, radios and televisions should be turned down, and loud behavior should be avoided.
- Any damages or destruction caused on the property during your stay in the apartment will be repaired at the expense of the person responsible.
- Guests with dogs or cats must follow sanitary and safety regulations. Outside the property, dogs must be kept on a leash or muzzled.
- The guesthouse is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the apartment or in shared areas. Any theft or loss should be reported to the nearest police station.
- Lighting grills or similar devices is prohibited in the apartments and on balconies.
- Reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the stay to the bank account within 7 days.
- The deposit can be refunded no later than 30 days before the reservation date, upon written request from the person making the booking.
- Full payment for the reserved stay must be made in advance on the day of arrival. Payment is non-refundable in case of shortening the stay.
- If a guest cancels the reservation on the day of arrival or does not show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.
- For longer stays and returning guests, prices are negotiable.
- Check-in and check-out times: 3:30 PM to 10:30 AM.
- Check-in is possible from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Other hours require prior approval by phone or email. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of 20 PLN per hour may apply.
- Wi-Fi is available in rooms, shared areas, patio, and the guesthouse bar.
Local taxes in spa towns, as decided by municipal authorities, must be paid directly by the guest at the guesthouse.
Fees:
- Dog stay surcharge: 40 PLN per day.
- Children under 2 sleeping in beds: free of charge.
- Baby crib: 60 PLN per day.
- Extra bed in the room: 120 PLN per day (maximum 1 extra bed per room; does not apply to small double rooms).
- One-time service fee per stay: 45 PLN per person.
- Towel replacement upon request: 20 PLN per person.
- Room cleaning upon request: 40 PLN per person.
- For stays of at least 7 days, free cleaning and towel/linen change is provided once per week.
- Bicycles are available free of charge.
- Parking fee: 40 PLN per day.
- Local tax as determined by Gmina Rewal.
- Optional half-board (lunch & dinner) available: 35 PLN per person.
Invoices can be issued for stays upon request.
